Tonight, is Emeril’s Most Kicked-up Meatloaf Ever. 2 T olive oil. 2 carrots, scrubbed and cut into in large chunks. 4 celery stalks cleaned and cut into large chunks. 1/2 to 3/4 onion, also cut into large chunks. 1 large stalk rosemary.

A somewhere-around-Thanksgiving gathering that does not. Feature turkey, stuffing or pumpkin pie. That features, instead, a menu that could become known as “our” Thanksgiving tradition–with ham, sweet potatoes, roasted veggies and a dessert. Yes a holiday menu, but I’m going to try to do something a little different:. Light, mulled white wine.
