We found some touch up paint that was left by the last tenant and stacked it on top of the pile of things going down to the storage unit. As I was helping Gary with putting together some shelves in the living room when were heard something shift and then watched the gallon of paint crash to the floor. It felt like more time but in under a minute we had cleaned up and were so happy we had cheap laminate for flooring. Friday, August 2, 2013.

The Supreme Court has made their decision and I see joy through so many that I love, but I also see devastation. And it sucks to be stuck in the middle sometimes. So here are my thoughts. The past few weeks here in Denver is had occurred to me that I have never really experienced autumn. Yes I lived in SLC but was to young to really know and appreciate this season. I do get a lot of questions from family about this and all I have to say is, "We are not ready yet." That is total truth. With that said, we do love our current fur baby. On Netflix I highly recommend it. Even though Denver wants to destroy his breed and any breed that resembles his, he has taken to Colorado well. Not only will he chomp at snowballs thrown at him, but he loves to tear around...

The Manzo Family: physical therapy underway

Friday, February 12, 2010. Wendy is working hard in physical therapy. It is a big job and most of it is pretty painful. Her physical therapist commented that she has a lot of work to do. Two months in a hospital bed is extremely tough on the body. Wendy is happy to report that life is slowly but surely becoming "normal". She is finally starting to feel like a wife and mother again. She is beyond thankful to be back in the game of life. She feels like she was away for far too long. Two special days in one.
