In 2007, a group of individuals with a common passion began talking about what we could do to help increase cultural diversity in the creative industry in the Milwaukee area. Our mission was to develop an awareness of design/creative careers among minority students to encourage diversity within the profession and keep creative talent in Milwaukee. We are thrilled to be able to offer this program for a third year in a row, again thanks to a grant from the MPS Partnership for the Arts. We have continued to partner with Community High School. And our new partner is Bradley Tech. A MPS high school). The students take design classes at Bradley Tech, but don't have the exposure to careers in the industry. We hope to help change that and give them exposure to higher education institutions here in Milwaukee thru the OnRamp program. Follow Us on Twitter.

You Can Help Strengthen Creative by. There are a few different ways you can get involved with OnRamp. Become a volunteer. Our Design Mentors meet with students every other week for 10 modules. Host an OnRamp module. We are always looking to expose our students to new places in Milwaukee. Design is everywhere so we are open to new and creative places. Support OnRamp financially.
