I fell asleep listening to Internet radio, and dreamt I was working on a talk radio show (not the one at which I really work. In the dream I couldn't get the controls to fade the music out so I could do my show, and ended up awkwardly shouting over it while interviewing Frank Conniff. I woke from a dream in which it was, for some reason, vitally important I find a Spanish-dubbed download of Withnail and I. Like, saving-the-world important. The other night I dreamt the world was being taken over by vampires, until clerics of various faiths from all over the world got together with the bright idea to consecrate the oceans, clouds, and the moisture in the air, so that the entire biosphere contained holy water which killed off the vampires. I was dreaming last night of watching a standup comic, who was telling some really hilarious jokes I hadn't heard before. "I wish I could steal these jokes," I thought to myself. The dream then started going a little lucid; I realized I was dreaming. This led me to realize, "wait, if I'm dreaming, therse are my. I resolved to remember them. First dream I remember from last night involved going to the wedding of someone I've only met once in real life. Some of my other friends were there, and it was all fun until Tommy Wiseau. Showed up. It turned he was "director of the wedding," and brought awful costumes and scripts that all the guests had to use in order to make the wedding fit his vision. I wanted to just leave, but my date at the wedding was someone on whom I've got a major crush so I stuck around. Or any other OpenID.

Why am I having dreams about being a panelist at a television awards show? I don't like television awards shows, but I'd somehow forgotten this in the dream and was quite happy to be there.
