2016 marked the 14th year of Ophelia's Place and the 7th year of the partnership between Ophelia's Place and Cafe at 407. What a year it has been and what a year 2017 is shaping up to be. 2016: A Year in Review. Individuals Involved in Circles of Change Programs: 4,412. 9,500 'Every Body is Beautiful' Clings Distributed. 62% Increase in Circles of Change Product Sales. 12% Increase in Cafe at 407 Sales. 22% Increase in Tips (Donations) from Cafe at 407 to Ophelia's Place. Now with an art-therapy component.
