First of all you don’t have to remove the Antenna plate and its connector or the IR connector, which can be a hassle to put back on and second of all, you don’t have to remove the main board from the Mac mini nor have to buy an adapter kit. Because everything you are going to need is a Torx T6 and T8 screwdriver, 2mm Hex screw (aka Imbus) and a plastic spoon to pry up the hard drive connector. Get an overview here.
