Get started with SegMine. For an easy start see below the demo videos. The first video demostrates an analytical workflow which consists of generating the semantic rules with SEGS which followed by visualisation with BioMine. The second video demonstrates a similar analytical workflow which also allows for the creation of novel research hypotheses by using BioMine's link discovery engine on selected gene sets. SegMine for metabolomics is under development. Version 0.7.2 is out! Of the Academy of Finland.

SegMine methodology
SegMine is a powerful methodology for semantic analysis of transcriptomic data. It offers improved hypothesis generation and data interpretation for life scientists.
