Jul 24, 2015 (fri).即興單拖嚟睇.by開引號劇團.@麥高利小劇場.收費hk$150/人. 喺好多個巧合嘅情況下 (1貫咁早返工.但因為落雨無得去公園做運動.公司又未有門口入.於是入咗去arts centre內嘅urbtix貢吓.放滿leaflets.望到呢個話劇嘅故事幾啱睇喎.不過嗰日喺第1場演出. 6:30pm放工嚟博吓有無飛賣.d即場飛賣晒.不過個女職員好好.比咗主辦單位個查詢電話我.佢哋臨時有少量門券剩).好似整定我要去睇咁. 近排只喺返工.放工.返工.比較boring.我要輕鬆吓.balance吓.就喺呢段marketing/ promotion content吸引咗我.應該幾攪笑同funny. 先行去pret a manger食個falafel齋沙律.呢款又幾好味喎. Express Bar by Lassana - 健康的輕宜午餐. 工作忙碌, 怎也不能不吃午餐. 人在觀塘上班的日子, 午餐選擇不算多, 比較好的都要大排長龍. 這天就走遠一點, 來到Express Bar by Lassana, 吃個豐富的午餐. 這裡雖然是做外賣客生意為主, 但也有堂食的位置, 大家可以坐低慢慢食. 看看餐牌, 主要選擇是沙律跟三文治, 就各選一款心水, 再加杯咖啡, 很足夠了. 85分, 沙律選了小份量的, 可以任選三款沙律, 一客$44, 如果是大份量的, 就可以任選六款沙律, 一客$68. 三款沙律分別選了Prawn/Papaya/Cucumber, Fruit Salad, 以及Caesar Salad. 三款沙律都是相當新鮮, 當中的鮮蝦木瓜青瓜沙律, 是很清新的配搭, 不過鮮蝦比例不算太多. 水果沙律就以蘋果為主, 我平日不常吃蘋果, 這天就一次過追回配額. 至於凱撒沙律, 羅馬生菜很清爽, 芝士味道香濃, 最得我心. 85分, 三文治就選來蟹肉三文治, 相當足料, 下了不少蟹肉, 味道鮮甜, 而墨汁包質感鬆軟, 配上番茄, 青瓜及生菜, 自然也是很健康的配搭.
