Here are the initial requirements but these are subject to change. 1 Nominated to the board by tumor specific site leader. 2 Attend tumor specific tumor board at least 50% of the time. 3 Designate a navigator in the office to help with patient coordination. 4 Have electronic health record available to others in the tumor specific group.
