OK, so last week (Saturday) we went to Sears (you all know Sears; leading retailer of appliances, fortune 500, etc.) to purchase a new washer/dryer combo. OK, here are my MANY issues with this whole transaction;. 1 Somebody at Sears decided that a just-in-time delivery model for large appliances would save something (I am guessing $). Wal-Mart is great at large scale just-in-time distribution; Sears is not Wal-Mart. Proud owners of a Kenmore HE3?
