Hatt Family: December 2012
http://jhattfamily.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Another part of my parents' present to us was admission to the Endeavour and Cleopatra exhibits at the California Science Center. They are working together to lift a truck on the other side of the scale. I didn't know that the Endeavour had been built in California. With NASA's ending the space shuttle progam, the Endeavour was brought home to stay. I was amazed at how much thought and effort were put into each shuttle and mission. It's interesting that the astrounauts would wo...

Monday, August 12, 2013. Last night we got back from visiting my family in LA. It was really neat that my youngest brother, Jonathan, and his wife, Maria, visited at the same time from North Carolina. We hadn't seen them in almost 6 years! It was neat to celebrate my birthday down there. Thank you for all of your well wishes! I felt very loved! I put a slideshow together showing what we did,. Zwinggi Zoo: June 2009
http://zwinggifamily.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 27, 2009. Dobbin House, a stop on the "underground railroad". We were in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and found the old Dobbin House Restaurant. This house was standing during the Civil War and acted as an army hospital for both sides. It was also a stop on the underground railroad which we were able to see the hiding place where they kept the runaway slaves. So I love history! But I wanted to see that particular bunch of fields for myself! In these particular fields thousands of people died a...

Hatt Family: Braces and Visit to Pocatello
http://jhattfamily.blogspot.com/2013/07/braces-and-visit-to-pocatello.html
Monday, July 15, 2013. Braces and Visit to Pocatello. Our beautiful Malia is the first to get braces! It is quite the adjustment. She is doing a wonderful job of helping me remember things she cannot eat, and all of the extra care taking that they are needing to upkeep. I'm so sad that two additional kiddos will be taking a similarly expensive journey. :/ But it'll be worth it for them to have healthy mouths! We also got to see two of Jason's three siblings. It had been years since we had seen them!
