Welcome to the YMCA Camp Orkila CIT Homepage! Thank you for visiting Camp Orkila's Counselor in Training (CIT) program website! Here you will find information on current sessions, as well as how to apply for future sessions. The Counselor in Training program is the 4th step in Camp Orkila's Teen Leadership Progression. WELCOME TO THE OSI HOMEPAGE! The Orkila Summer Intern (OSI) program is a multi-faceted leadership experience that prepares teens for future positions of responsibility. Participants are volunteers, and therefore pay no fees to apply, join, or gain from this opportunity.
