My real reflection is that I have a limited number of years left in my professional career. I want to bow out while I am still considered to be relevant and although the work I do will allow me to slowly reduce my involvement I want to make that a time of my own choosing. Could I stretch my circle of influence that way?

Weedon's World of Nature. Click the photos, read the words. Monday, June 22, 2015. We took advantage of a bit of sun to go out on 21 June in search of reptiles near Peterborough. We recorded: 2 Adders, 6 Grass Snakes, 7 Slowworms, 12 Common Lizards and some nice plants and insects. Here are some piccies. Grass Snake which judging from its slightly misty eye is starting to think about sloughing. Bumblebee mimicking hoverfly, which I think is Volucella bombylans. Posted by Mike Weedon.
