I gave her medicine, I tried crackers, toast, juice. . s. She stayed in her pajamas and wouldn’t get dressed. She stayed home from Art Camp yesterday complaining that she was sick and she does have a cold or allergies, but no fever. I kept encouraging her to do one thing at a time and I got in the shower. The next morning Jellybean got up at 6am. Yesterday, her nap ran late so she went to bed later than usual. K and I have been going to yoga classes lately. We both complain of not being able to hold the balancing poses very well. There’s a pose called Tree Pose where you have to stand on one leg with the bottom of the opposite foot resting against your calf or thigh. The Rooster told us we needed to try shirt yoga.
