Brief History

The Seminary in Hong Kong graduated 30 classes altogether, with alumni exceeding 400 in number; most of them still serve the Lord as pastors, ministers and missionaries around the world. The Seminary in San Jose started its preparatory stage at the end of 1994, and full operation in Fall, 1996. At present, the Seminary is already in its fourteenth year of existence, with a total number of 115 students (11 classes) graduated. They are respectively serving the Lord in various fields.

In 1996, Rev. Toung responded to God's calling to enter the ministry at Overseas Theological Seminary under the instruction of Rev. John Tsang. Three years later, he and his wife, Shirley, began serving the Lord at Central Chinese Christian Church in Palo Alto, California. During that time, he also served as a lecturer at Overseas Theological Seminar and traveled to Japan, Taiwan, Burma.
