Peterborough, PE8 4BW. The Museum is open from 5th March to 30th October. Sundays & Bank Hols. Weds, Thurs & Fridays. In August : 11am to 5pm. It is advised that visitors use the Long Stay car park on Benfield Road situated 200 yards from the Museum. There is free short term street parking near to Courthouse building however spaces are often hard to find. Disabled access is both at the front and rear of the building. There is also lift to the first floor. 1100am to 5.00pm. Oundle, Peterborough, PE8 4BW.

Children and The Museum. The Activity Room is a special area in the main part of the Museum for children of all ages. There are always dressing up, craft and drawing activities on hand to make sure visitors of all ages find something of interest. The Museum has five Roman handling boxes which are available for hire to schools. They are housed at Oundle Middle School and cost 10 per box for a half term or 5 per box for a week.
