It is always weird to have strangers pick through your cast-off belongings on your front lawn. Our goal was to get rid of stuff and we did. Monday, August 3, 2015. Leo's first pre-comp swim practice. Leo attended his first pre-competitive swim practice today. He was so nervous I could feel the anxiety radiating off his body and it made me nervous too. I assured him that once he got through the first time, he'd know what to do and it will be easy every practice after today. Friday, October 31, 2014. Little Red Riding Hood and Werewolf Boy headed to school today before the rain started. Serafina ran into her friend Bella who recently transferred from her school to Laurelwood royally screwing up my carpool. Bella is Elsa. It was hands down the most popular costume today. Saturday, June 27, 2015. Gilroy Gardens with friends. Last month when my friend Cara invited us to join her and her girls at Gilroy Gardens I said "yes" because I knew my kids would enjoy it and I wanted to see our friends. I didn't think about how the tricky timing since it would be sandwiched between our out-of-town guests and our summer trip. Oh and it's really hot in Gilroy. Leo and his first friends, Addison.
