Our Daily Delights
Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Today I made banana bread for three reasons. I had 4 very ripe bananas sitting on the counter. The littles and the bigs love it. I am the mom driving 4 middle school girls to track today. 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature. 2 eggs, well beaten. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 cup walnuts (optional). Makes 2 loaves. This is important! KP was so nice to never tell me what to do. He would just eat the ends and tell me how wonderful it tasted. So blessed. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
