Friday, 31 July 2015. Pizza, pizza, nothing beats a PIZZA! A short blog for today, with a lengthy video of Shannon making her first pizza! Thanks to her Mah Mah, for preparing the dough and the pizza ingredients. Our lunch on that day was pizza, and thanks to our little baker, Shannon, the pizza was really very yummy! Monday, 5 May 2014. First challenge. . I was still so happy sharing in my last blog about Shannon's dancing class, but 3 days later I received a phone call from the music school. and this was how it went. Madam A (not the teacher, the admin) : Hi, are you Shannon's mother? Me : Yes, I am. Anything? Me : But why? We know that she is slightly younger but as agreed before this, parent need to be around so that she will not disturb the others in the class. And she did not disturb the other children so far.

Friday, October 31, 2008. Have been working for 6 months in my second job. When i looked back, it seems just a splint second. Have been busy with the never-ending projects, tasks,. The failures and troubles, too. In de-motivated mode for few times. Feel like to give up. But still struggling within. Start believe especially when received a sms from a best friend 4 months ago:-. No success without failure in work,. Troubleshoot and overcoming issue are part of the job. Which i failed for so many many times.

Friday, September 26, 2008. My FIRST Flight - 23 September 2008. I am very fortunate. My very first flight is towards Bangkok. And it is for food ingredient exhibition. Thanks my boss for giving me the chance to this exposure. Very excited and very nervous. On the way from airport to hotel. The first impression on Bangkok is. It is a lovely place-. The transportation, the highway, the way they treat foreigners/tourists. It is easy and convenient to travel around with the advanced MRT and BTS.

Sunday, April 10, 2011. 前几天根一位朋友拿了她的blog link后，才发现原来自己真的是好久好久没有把自己的心情抒发出来了。。。 现在，总算是意兴阑珊(应该是吧！哈），在隔了近2年后，让我的部落格重见天日！ 回想这两年的时间，面对的事情，也算是蛮多了。面对人事上的变动，工作上的改变，感情上的升华，玲玲种种的。。。 以至今天的决定，其实一切都是因为timing“时序”。 而在期间所经历的，确实也是让自己成长了不少。学会了如何圆滑的解决问题，学会了如何完善的与人沟通，学会了如何看开，这才是最重要的一点。有时看着身边的人，不懂得看开，把自己气得半死，心中的纳闷无法抒发时，真的是不知该怎麽劝。 下个星期后，算是对现在的工作画上一个句点。过后又是开始另一段生活上的起点了。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sunday, 9 August 2015. Learning Prepositions and Blowing the Whistle! A milestone to celebrate as Shannon was able to blow the whistle by herself yesterday! Wooah, we were both super duper excited. 1st step: Say "ahhhh" (I would then place the whitle on her lip). 2nd step: Say "mmmm" (Lip closure). Then repeat in this rythmm, Ahhh, Mmm, Blow.(a few times). When she has got it, I don't have to repeat it anymore. She just knows what to do to make the "tweeet" sound . ☺. Friday, 31 July 2015. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. August - End of Summer Days. As always, click on any picture for a larger, higher resolution version. For the first week of August, we recuperated from the month of July. And boy did we need it! Things got started going again at the end of the first week. Sophia had her promotion exam to advance to her 2nd degree brown belt! She has put in a lot of hard work and it shows. Here she is pre-promotion and ready to roll. And amazingly beautiful form. That board never saw her coming.
