Well after a short 25kms walk, we happily walked into the City of Santiago De Compostella and walked to the cathedral and hugged each other! After a 7pm bedtime last night and a crap nights sleep we set off at 6.30 am with a 28km walk ahead of us and a hot day forecast. After a breakfast stop of toast and jam we stopped for a little pre lunch at cafe Oasis in San Junto. Folklore says they have the best tortilla on the Camino. We can confirm it too. Glorious! And only 2 euros as well.
