Friday, June 20, 2014. Now that we're in Utah, we're trying to take advantage of the Utah outdoors. Provo Canyon- this one was by far the prettiest! It's called Buffalo Peak. Museum of Natural Curiosity. Grandpa and Grandma H got a membership to Thanksgiving Point, so Grandpa H graciously took us to the Museum of Curiosity. It has free gondola rides to and from the upper mountain resort, lots and lots of gorgeous scenery, and people like to drive Ferraris there. At an elevation of 9,078 feet above sea level, it is currently the highest commercial airport in North America with scheduled passenger flights. Saturday, November 27, 2010. 5K- I did it! This morning I ran my first 5K. I never thought I would do something like that. Even though it is only 3.1 miles that is still a huge accomplishment for someone that has never ran except to catch the school bus. I did it! I am so grateful for my husband, friends and family that have helped me get to this point. Thank you! Tiffany, Kathi and Me after the race! This was our first 5K.
