Friday, March 6, 2015. Paxton was super excited to start swimming lessons. We registered him for the Parent/Child class that takes place on Thursday nights. We got to the YMCA, put on his swim suit, took him potty, and then I went to put on my own suit. I ended up calling my husband and asking "are my suit bottoms still laying on the bed? Clearly I was not comfortable with what Cody had shared with me. I immediately made him an appointment with our family doctor who immediately sent him to get a CT scan and an MRI. Cody was diagnosed with a right frontal lobe brain tumor, measuring the size of a baseball. AM: Cody was moved out of the ICU and was doing quite well. We were still waiting for the pathology report. Neuro-Oncologist met with us to discuss the diagnosis and what the plan would be for upcoming treatment. After much consideration...

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Most of you probably know already but Jeremy and I had our first Ultrasound appointment on Monday. It was AMAZING! We got to see our little baby moving all over the place! Thursday, May 21, 2015. The waiting is horrible. So this is what we know so far. The nurse at Sanford talked to someone in the neurosurgery department at mayo this morning. they stated the dr received codys mri on Tuesday but still needs to review the mri images. he will then let staff know when to get Cody scheduled for an appointment. they said this could still take 2-5 days before we hear anything.
