Sunday, July 24, 2011. This weekend we had a fabulous time exploring the darker side of life in Las Vegas NV with amazing friends Dusty and Mandy Riddle! We shopped, ate, walked, and observed many strange and interesting people. We went to the Excalibur show Tournament of Kings and had a great time cheering for our Hungarian hunk! I am so grateful for amazing friends and for the opportunities we have to spend time with them! All in all, it was a wonderful mini vacation for both parents and children!

Sunday, April 11, 2010. Classic case of Sundaynitis. I must admit that over the years I have many times developed a very bad case of Sundaynitis. Sundaynitis is no laughing matter. It causes severe body aches, fatigue, sometimes nausea, headaches, and just an overall feeling of yuck. For those of you who have never experienced Sundaynitis.my hat is off to you, Good job! For those of you who have, I think we should start a support group to ease the guilt associated with this sickness. So I am now on day 4...

We may not have it all together, but together we have it all! Sunday, September 22, 2013. The 2013 Black Family Reunion was July 4-5 at Grandma and Grandpa's new cabin. It was so awesome to have ALL of the family there. I sure got lucky to marry into this family! I love them all! The cabin at Devil's Canyon (not quite finished outside). The highlight of the reunion was installing the new playground equipment from the old Walter C. Lyman park. The grandkids (and Grandma) were super excited! Now I want one!

Friday, July 30, 2010. San Juan Ranch Horse Sale. The annual San Juan Ranch Horse Sale was held this July. I don't often get to attend, but I was able to attend this year. The day before the sale, local cowboys compete in a roping competition. I don't know enough about loops and heading/heeling and horsemanship to really get into the roping competition, but I really love to watch my cowboys. It also started to downpour for a while . . .thank goodness Jensen had his slicker! Here are some other pics.

Being sanctified daily, and knowing the grace of our Lord more and more. Monday, May 23, 2011. Resurrection Day 2011. Didn't get a lot of pictures, but here are a few of the boys that morning. We are grateful for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who paid it all- took on the punishment for our sins, because of His great love for us. And He is risen! We had a great time reading the biblical account of Christ's resurrection with the boys on the days leading up to Easter and that morning. What a big boy.
