Building a Majestic 45 with Wisdom Homes. July 17, 2014. Upper Eaves, Brick Clean and Air conditoning. We have reached 13 weeks of our build. We visited site today and there has been some movement. Bricks have been cleaned on the upper level. Loving the clean look. Airconditioning ducts have also been installed throughout the house. Upper level eaves have been completed awaiting painting. To our surprise the electrical tradespeople were on site today commencing on the electrical work throughout the house.

It has been a few weeks since my last post a lot has been happening although we will not meet the original date given which was October 11. We are currently still approx 4 weeks away for PCI. I can say that finally I feel like we are on the home stretch. This journey has been a very long one. An update since my last post, the following things have been completed. Building a Majestic 45 with Wisdom Homes. October 30, 2014. Glass Splashback has been installed in the kitchen and butlers kitchen. The colour we selected is Gunmetal Glitz. A few exciting things have happened this week, we received our PCI letter to confirm our PCI for the 12th of November. Doors and staircase have been stained. Towel rails fitted to bathrooms. Few bad bricks have been replaced around house. October 24, 2014. Painting commenced on Thursday. Jobs left to do:. Door furniture/ towel rails.

Building a Majestic 45 with Wisdom Homes. August 29, 2014. Well we have officially been locked out. No more sticky beaking through the house. It happened all too quickly, tradies have been busy this week. Although we can't complain. Stairs were installed on Tuesday with a few hiccups, we have now agreed to disagree and continue construction, the stairs are slightly different to the display home although a strangers eye would not see any difference. Building a Majestic 45 with Wisdom Homes. October 11, 2014. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel. (only just) . Things seem to be getting closer to moving into our brand new home. Its taking shape! This week we have had the main floor tiling completed, shower screens and mirrors installed. Forecast for next week rain just in time for our scheduled drive way. My list of things to do is getting slightly downsized. Things left to be completed:. Staircase- staircase staining and glass installation.

We have not heard from our SS and therefore unaware on how long we have left quite frustrating as things are taking forever and they are not communicating any dates. I had in mind that the house would be completed by 26 weeks? Kitchen splashback was installed (I will be back later for a separate post with pics). Painting commenced on Thursday. Jobs left to do:.
