September 22, 2011. On the 19th of September a day after our Gotcha Day the documents were signed and Jadyn Nicole Smith officially became our daughter and that was the best feeling in the world. Once we get her passport we are on our way to Guangzhou for her medical exam and Visa and then we will be on our way home. We love and miss you all! Posted at 12:46 AM. Monday, October 31, 2011. It's been a whirlwind of events these last weeks.and finally I'm going to catch you up on things. In September we took a Levelland girls trip to Fredericksburg for shopping and food! Last year was a little excessive starting off our tradition with a trip to Vegas for Amber's Bachelorette but we hope to keep the tradition going in the years to come. This past Thursday Brent and Leslie had their baby girl, Emery. She's healthy and beautiful! This past weekend we got a lot done!

Some of you may know by now that I have been admitted to antepartum for the remainder of my pregnancy (I will be 25 weeks on Wednesday and our goal is to make it to 32 weeks). So yes, I've got quite the "vacation" going on. I missed my baby shower in Levelland and I certainly was heartbroken to not be there and see everyone, but LOVE technology and the opportunity we had to facetime with everyone. Thank you ALL for making that day so special for us!
