So we had a private inspector come inspect the house today to make sure there wasn't any major issues before we closed on Thursday. A couple of things the inspector noted was a lightswitch that would not turn off all the way, and blown insulation in the A/C / Furnce drain pan, which could cause a clog. Wifey decided to get up all in that hoe. ;-) see what I did there. Lol. Not the brightest people in the world. I guess one on the socket wires got loose so the drywall guys just poked a hole through the sheetrock and let the wire dangle. Looks like it got corrected. Shower prepped for tile. Tub is also prepped for tile. Wifey gets in a box.
