Who said happily ever after doesn't exist? Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Jake passed his check ride by the skin of his teeth today. Apparently he got some of the dials or directions mixed up. Luckily he corrected it right at the last second. It was definitely a cause for celebration, so Jake went to Jamba Juice. We only got to enjoy a few sips because he spilled the shakes all over his lap. Good job Jake! A few words from Jake:. I only spilled one of them! Friday, April 17, 2009. When we first moved here, we set a bit of a budget for our house furnishings. The idea is that we won’t be here long enough to invest in really nice stuff, so I set my sights high on a Craigslist/Gumtree steal (which worked for me last time, back home) in the form of a $100 couch.
