Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Ok, so she's been walking for almost a month now, but I finally got video of it. She's pretty good for only being 11 months. Sorry it's so grainy, not sure why it's like that (and it's sideways). And you can hear Jack in the background saying "Gee-yan" over and over. It's what he calls Jillian. October 2, 2010 at 12:13 PM. Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Pictures as promised - Jack's haircut. And you didn't have to wait for months for me to post them! I know everyone was just DYING to see them! The order is backwards, sorry. Sunday, September 27, 2009. We've been busy the last week! Last weekend Dean and I decided to go to Salt Lake and we took Jack to Liberty Park. For those that don't know what it is, it's a really nice park in downtown Salt Lake City (ok, maybe not downtown SLC? He had a blast! Jack got a haircut today!

Friday, May 7, 2010. During our semester breaks we decided to hit up some National Parks here in Utah we'd never been to. We spent a few days in Zion and on the way home we went to Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. It was a lot of fun! We spent my birthday in Zion, which was really fun for me. :) Here are some pictures. This was on the Riverwalk. And yes, I carried him like that for 2.2 miles. He lead us, by running, of course! Me and my babies! The big girl Jillian! She's 6 months now! We're Getting So Big!

Thursday, May 30, 2013. We went camping near Lake Isabella in Kern River Valley for the long weekend. We had a funtastic time! The older boys including Daryl :) went river rafting. Sebastian was freezing at first. Daryl got thrown from the raft. Other than that, they had a great experience! We are waiting for them to paddle by. This kid has some serious stomach muscles! We watched some pretty gnarly wipeouts behind us, a couple scary ones involving kids.without life jackets on! We even had a movie night!

Monday, June 10, 2013. We went to fun spot where we swam and jumped off cliffs! Luke had fun swimming around playing with his cousins. Sebastian is a brave little boy. However, after jumping off the tall cliff with Daryl he preferred the lower one that he could jump off by himself! Chance contemplated jumping off the tall tall cliff for awhile but couldn't muster up the courage this time. He had a blast jumping off the other ones. Synjin is a stud and did them all! Did you muster up the courage to do it?

Sunday, May 29, 2011. Chance and Seb just couldn't make it. This was after a full day of hiking in Utah and then the ride to Vegas and then check in and showers. We had a blast hanging out at the arcade in Circus Circus. Our total was 1456 tickets! King of the World. Getting ready to hike to the Emerald Pools! Such a fun hike! We had fun trying to time our passing under the waterfall just right! LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE BOYS. It was a 2.5 mile roundtrip hike! Saturday, May 28, 2011. The hike into the canyon!

Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Mad Scientist Birthday Party. We had so much fun at Chance's birthday party! It's always fun to celebrate with family and friends! All ready to start the experiments! On a coffee filter they drew designs with markers and then sprayed water on it and watched the colors spread out! We filled a bowl with a little milk and a drop of food coloring. Tuesday, April 26, 2011. We went on a field trip with a big group from the boys' school to this beautiful waterfall. It was 3 miles round trip. So worth it! The boys are troopers! They did really good on the hike! Especially Sebastian. He kept up the whole time! I carried Luke for most of the hike. Our aim is to explore the role of participatory epidemiology in engaging young people from East London in science that affects their health and well-being. This is a 3 year intervention study, where the intervention is LSHTM-supported participatory epidemiology projects undertaken by students from three state secondary schools in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
