It is such a easy process and there is a lot of room for innovation as you can add a variety of spices or even other veggies. As it was everyone's, excepting myself, first time we kept it simple today! The kids got in on the action- slicing cabbage and finally mixing and squeezing it in a bowl! She was quite proud of herself. We had two other mother daughter teams!

I tried to take lots of before and after pictures. here are the before. Tim worked all morning on the garden. He started a tiny bit after nine, and got done at about four thirty. Of course, he took a couple of short breaks. but he didn't even stop for lunch. And, finally, he was finished. My gardens look amazing!
