A Day In My Life. Claire Shumsky - WIT member, executive coach, positive psychology coach and mindfulness meditater. When I'm dry and dressed I stretch and roll on my Yamuna Ball, which gets the tight spots - which are many these days. On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, I go to Pilates and workout pretty hard. I love it! I feel so good after the hour workout. Editor's Note: Claire recently had to euthanize a beloved dog named Aubrey. Here is a picture of Aubrey (on the right).
