Garderoben: Winter dress
http://garderobsdokumentation.blogspot.com/2011/12/winter-dress.html
Friday, December 9, 2011. By Lin I'm feeling really torn about A.P.C. I had no idea that Jean Touitou is such a douche! I guess this isn't the first time designers that I like come across as completely ignorant. I remember a quote by Ms Marant in Elle UK when she was compared to Vanessa Bruno: "She designs for blondes, I do brunettes". I don't think Touitou's opinions will keep me from buying A.P.C, but they definitely make me feel less enthusiastic about the clothes. December 9, 2011 at 1:47 PM. I think...

Dirt Road Ponderings: Polenta
http://dirtroadponderings.blogspot.com/2009/01/polenta.html
I guess it's about life on a dirt road, where things get dusty sometimes, pot holes develop randomly, trees hug the banks, leaves carpet the shoulders and things move a little slower. Saturday, January 3, 2009. It is so very bland by itself that I don't think anyone would bother with it. But, if you add the right stuff, it becomes.splendid.". Kind of like life. I guess it's about life on a dirt road, where things get dusty sometimes, pot holes develop randomly, trees hug the banks, leaves carpet the shoulders and things move a little slower. And since I consider it possibly my only redeeming feature, I HATE THIS. Thursday, September 11, 2008. Stop jerking me around! The only man I've...

Dirt Road Ponderings: October 2008

I guess it's about life on a dirt road, where things get dusty sometimes, pot holes develop randomly, trees hug the banks, leaves carpet the shoulders and things move a little slower. Sunday, October 5, 2008. The thing is that what passes for okay really isn't. So, there are times when I don't know what is happening. Times when it seems like God is throwing me curve balls.one, two, ten all at the same time. I feel settled and unsettled. But, the nudge is what interests me. Where does that come from?

I've recently discovered a much better recipe for my homemade oil cleanser that requires virtually no washcloth or steaming. This may not be an oil cleanser in the truest sense, but I find the texture much more appealing, and the effect is absolutely divine. Since no wash cloth or steaming is required, I find it's very gentle on my sensitive skin. I used Penns Hill castile soap. 2 tbsp. organic, cold-pressed rice bran oil. 2 tbsp. organic, cold-pressed camellia sinensis oil. 2 tbsp. organic castor oil.
