Posted by 佳小芬 in 登山健行. 台中 國道一號(中山高)165 K下交流道接國道四號往豐原方向 往東勢方向(台3) 經東勢大橋右轉(台8) 往谷關至26.1 K 右轉裡冷紅橋 (依谷野溫泉會館指標)同心橋左轉過橋 橋邊停車往上方走 100 M 即到登山口. 裡冷登山口 左右線岔路口涼亭(0.9 K) 唐麻丹山三角點(2.3 K) 往蝴蝶谷叉路口(3.5 K) (若右切則往蝴蝶谷瀑布，須走1.6 K約20分鐘) 左切回裡冷登山口 裡冷與松鶴登山口岔路 左切朝左右線岔路口涼亭(可見4 K與4.5 K木椿) 左右線岔路口涼亭 裡冷登山口。 約莫九點半來到裡冷登山口，雖然一路陡上，但很快就能夠抵達唐麻丹山的三角點 1,305 M ，由於還未十二點，我決定吃顆蘋果，到蝴蝶谷瀑布再吃中餐。 一頓飽餐後，我突然想起Google一哥 陳一鳴寫的 搜尋你內心的關鍵字 ，開始盤腿而坐，練習深吸深吐。 從35 K到4.5 K處，一路平緩好走，幾座小木棧道的扶繩也白淨如新，漫步其中真是一大享受。 Quechua TS FOR 900 L. Posted 05/07/2012 by 佳小芬 in 水中水中游. 中安插了Advanced open water課程，我為了配合他的進度，出國前趕鴨子上架地唬了一張Open water執照 感謝身為潛水教練的姑丈，排除萬難地幫我安排熟識的教練，直接下海教學. 目前是專職潛水教練，正在某處神遊 出了一本 東南亞 自助 潛水趣 ，便順手買來當枕邊書。 內容很平易近人，讀起來像Blog 但又不完全偏重潛水，仍穿插許多當地的旅遊資訊或是風俗民情 很類似我的旅遊方式 無特別目的性的流浪漢. 舉例來說，啟蒙的Lombok之遊，我反而對攀登Mt. Rinjani更有印象 又或是Bali之旅，我總懷念和彗陵姊妹躺在各處沙發上的慵懶時光。 我就這樣半被動地從事潛水活動，剛好有朋友相約 剛好有空 或是剛好路過知名潛點 從來沒有專為潛水而規劃旅程。 奇怪的是，這次到了沙巴仙本娜 Semprona 潛了九支 包含三支在西巴丹 ，有種開竅的感覺。 Patagonia] Worn Wear 永續。

Posted on 十月 6, 2013. 原先還想……房子本來就很方正明亮，不過就作幾個櫃子嘛 有什麼難的呢. 最最恐怖的是，還得決定櫃子門板多寬 面板多高 踢腳板高度呢 櫃子裡的夾層款式呢 好恐怖呀 抱頭尖叫. 尤其主臥空間有限，我連衣櫃要作在哪個位置 要作深度59公分的掀門款 還是深度會是62公分的拉門款 都得反覆斟酌。 但當裝潢完成，傢俱進場後，那種成就感也真夠爆表的 逢人都要說 這是我設計的喔 ，興奮地簡直像跳針。 Yahoo拍賣 日光燈坊 Sun Light Design.
