Monday, November 17, 2008. I know they're dark, but by the time I fight traffic to get out there, I'm racing the sun. I think you can see everything pretty well. So today we got gutters and Andy graded the yard. I am one happy girl! I have no idea. I do know we still need to dig a 5 ft hole for the electricity. Sunday, November 16, 2008. Monday, March 23, 2009. The pansies we finally got into the ground are slowly starting to come up. These guys are still going strong. And everybody looks a little nicer with some pretty topsoil. (Mulch to come soon.). These little beds got a border of stone. And the grass has a nice hint of green to it. Erik will probably give it a first mow this weekend. Furniture = 2 beds, 1 couch, 1.5 desks, 2 ottomen (? And a kitchen table. Stuff = just about everything but no where to put it. Well, we moved the cats.

Thursday, December 24, 2009. Water, Water, Everywhere.Again. We came home to water in the garage floor, followed it to the source, and found water streaming out of the breaker box. Electricity water = can't be a good thing. Erik installed a French drain along the retaining wall to help with the drainage and has one planned for the side of the house. Thursday, January 29, 2009. Never Thought I'd See the Day. The first few pics are after one night of laying wood. We're gluing it down instead of that whole vapor barrier/pad thing and the sound is sooo much better. This is where we ended tonight:. We picked the carpet and got a great deal because, well, we have connections. : ). We'll go Saturday and fill out the paperwork and get the ball rolling. Friday, May 30, 2008. Day 0 - Lot is mowed and ready to be torn up! Porta-potty has been delivered (to the wrong lot! And the temp pole is standing! Day 1 - It's a rain out! But the bulldozer is there ready and waiting. Day 2 - Waiting to dry up a little bit. Sunday, May 4, 2008. City permit turned in: Thursday. Approval to start: Friday, but wait!
