The Story of the Traveling Pages: My Story of the Traveling Pages
http://thestoryofthetravelingpages.blogspot.com/2011/03/my-story-of-traveling-pages.html
The Story of the Traveling Pages. Saturday, March 19, 2011. My Story of the Traveling Pages. Today I finished my story of the traveling Pages. The cover is made with felted wool. Inside I used a night sky. I think that looks good for a fairy tail book. I am not 100% happy how I made the book pages together. But for my first book it is okay. June 5, 2011 at 10:32 AM. The Story of the Traveling Pages. Saturday, March 12, 2011. I finished putting my book together! It turned out great and even though it was a bit fiddly putting it together, it worked out well. You can see more photos and there's a bit of an explanation of how I put it together on my blog. 65279; How is everyone else coming along with book construction? I decided not to wait any longer for missing pages. I guess I can always add them later if I so choose. March 13, 2011 at 3:57 AM. Love the twig joiners!

The Story of the Traveling Pages: The Sea book is complete!
http://thestoryofthetravelingpages.blogspot.com/2011/06/sea-book-is-complete.html
The Story of the Traveling Pages. Tuesday, June 7, 2011. The Sea book is complete! My book is now complete! This is a front view. Here is the open book. My apologies for the photograph here. It looks a little odd sloping to one side, but that was my fault. The book was standing upright, you can just see the odd angle of the horizon. I have shown this photograph merely because it gives an indication of the wealth of textures there are amongst these lovely pages. The inside of the front cover. Beautiful fi...

I started................: Fall colors
http://susanstarts.blogspot.com/2013/10/fall-colors.html
This blog usually has something to do with fiber, dyes, quilts, gardens, nature, watercolor, photos of different things I come across. It originally was about items I had started and needed to finish, then I tried posting a photo everyday, but that didn't work. So it is anyone's guess what will show up at this point. Friday, October 25, 2013. The backyard is full of color this fall. And on the window note, an engineer is coming all the way from Iowa next week to look at them. Some how I am suppose to...

http://wilmagoescrazy.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
A "sane" quilter for many years shows her steps into the world of crazy quilting and a glimpse of her daily life. Thursday, February 05, 2015. This week I have stitched some 10" blocks to embellish for the CQJP 2015. I have finished the first block as you can see in my last post. I decided for this project to use medium colors but I do have to get used to these colors. The antique Dutch silkies I will use on them are all colored like this. This picture I took last weekend. The Story of the Traveling Pages: sea shore for Juliette
http://thestoryofthetravelingpages.blogspot.com/2011/02/sea-shore-for-juliette.html
The Story of the Traveling Pages. Sunday, February 27, 2011. Sea shore for Juliette. This is the sea shore themed page I made for Juliette. The fabric for the beach was a gift from my friend Tonny. The big sea shell is padded with bright green felt, it shines through the cream color of the satin, giving it the color I was looking for. February 27, 2011 at 6:00 AM. Well done Cobi. I do like the effect of the green felt behind the satin. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Subscribe To This Blog.
