Within a week of putting our house up for sale, we had several showings and three offers. After some negotiating, both sides reached an agreement and a contract was drawn up. We are extremely happy for this as some homes in our neighborhood have been on the market for months. Could this mean we are debt free now? What to do now? This entry was posted in Uncategorized.

In the last weeks we put the house up for sale and juggling some issues back home. We were way over due for some relaxation and fun. We look at every purchase as a need or want. If it is a want, we usually toss it back and go on. This item on the other hand, we can justify more benefits and future uses (on a boat maybe? Than the traditional wants. And tagged paddle board.

We went back home to sign the papers on the house, pack up any last remaining items and brought them back down with us. Probably, but not 100% yet. A catamaran, yes, and we keep leaning towards the PDQ. The features and build are way better than those of other boats we have looked at. This entry was posted in Uncategorized.
