Citizen Nick Hobby Center: Sorcerer Very Nearly Done!
http://citizennickhobbycenter.blogspot.com/2010/04/sorcerer-very-nearly-done.html
Citizen Nick Hobby Center. Thursday, April 15, 2010. Sorcerer Very Nearly Done! The eye on his "casting" hand is going to be red. I'm planning on doing some object source lighting to make it look like it's glowing. I'm pretty intimidated by it, so hopefully it's not a complete disaster. I need to start working on the elaborate base after that. April 15, 2010 at 4:12 PM. April 16, 2010 at 10:10 AM. The sorcerer looks great! I like the contrast between the blue armor that looks alive and the decaying metals.

http://citizennickhobbycenter.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Citizen Nick Hobby Center. Thursday, March 26, 2009. I have some bloodletter pictures coming, but in the meantime, here are some pictures from this weeks game. I got to play against Art, my old nemesis and former roommate. Art and I have played in some games together in the last few years, but it's always been some odd two-on-one deal or a three-way free-for-all. This was the first time we were able to go mano-a-mano in something like three years. Thursday, March 12, 2009. Monday Night City Fight. And I ...

Citizen Nick Hobby Center: October 2008
http://citizennickhobbycenter.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Citizen Nick Hobby Center. Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Thank you to all the people that commented on my last post about campaigning. When I wrote that one it was much, much longer, so I decided to cut it into two posts. I probably put the cart before the horse on this one, since now I want to write about the challenges of running a campaign. I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to make a good campaign that adds another dimension to people's games. Amount of work for the organizer. If all th...

Citizen Nick Hobby Center: April 2010
http://citizennickhobbycenter.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Citizen Nick Hobby Center. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Sorcerer Complete (More or less). Well, there you go. I do believe that it's important to try new techniques and push the limits of your painting. I feel like I did that here, but at the same time, I not 100% satisfied with the results. I suspect that I'll take these lessons and improve them on my next piece. I'll tell you one thing, these pictures really highlight some areas I still need to work on with this. Thursday, April 15, 2010. Bell of Lost Souls.
