Camping auf Kreta ist kein Problem. Zahlreiche gut organisierte Plätze laden zu einem Besuch ein. Unten ein paar Informationen der Organisation der kretischen Campingplatzbesitzer. Hier der Campingplatz in Paleochora. Der Platz befindet sich ca. 1 km außerhalb, Richtung Osten bzw. Anidri. Ausblick von der Taverne. Die Duschen, davon gibt es reichlich und in gutem Zustand. Der Strand vor dem Platz. Es gibt bei Bedarf bezugsfertige, fertig auf gebaute Zelte.
