Waited all day for dinner: same salad as lunch but with better ingredients (I splurged on all the dressing ingredients at the organic store for my apt), 250g of hamburger meat with grilled onions, and 2 sweet potatoes. (I know 2 is one too many — maybe even two too many — but they take forever to cook and I’m taking advantage another excuse.).
