Lists of stuff from a listophile. July 3, 2016. What a month June was. Much escapism needed from the drama of real-life during and post the EU Referendum. I spent a lot of time re-watching series one of The Thick Of It. But some actual, real escapism was provided by this brilliant book: The Trilogy of Two. I’ve also spent much time watching new Danish series Dicte. July brings a little sadness as I can’t attend PalFest Ireland. I’m going to Wimbledon (does that count as a cultural event? July 2016 →.

Taking the scenic route…. November 1, 2015. Last Wednesday the Abbey Theatre announced Waking The Nation. Or follow the #WakingTheFeminists. I do plan on writing about it, it’s just taking me a little while to get my thoughts in order. This is a placemarker post with some suggested action! It’s one of things that came up in conversations online – instead of just talking about this injustice, what can we do to make it better? Suggestion was to put your money where your mouth is and see more work by women.
