Pam's Crafting Corner

Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Wow, has it been a LONG time since I posted anything! I could list a million excuses, but I won't. I'll spare everyone the {boring} details and just get on with this post! Cut a piece of cardstock so that it is 4 1/4" x 11". Score the cardstock at 2 3/4", 3 3/4", and 5 1/2". Remove the die and tape from your cardstock. You should have two cuts- one on either side of the 2 3/4" and 3 3/4" score lines. Like I said in the previous step, you will not have a cut mark in that ...Fold ...

Pam's Crafting Corner: It's been a busy past few weeks...

http://pamscraftingcorner.blogspot.com/2011/11/its-been-busy-past-few-weeks.html

Friday, November 25, 2011. It's been a busy past few weeks. But that's because I've been learning how to decorate cakes. My sister wanted me to take a cake decorating class with her, so I did. The past four weeks have flown by because of how busy life has been, but add to that making multiple batches of buttercream icing and a few cakes and, well, it was busier! And it gives me something to look forward to since we'll definitely be getting together again! But I digress ;). She wanted purple and pink, so ...

Pam's Crafting Corner: CAS-ual Friday challenge- CFC19

http://pamscraftingcorner.blogspot.com/2011/09/cas-ual-friday-challenge-cfc19.html

Saturday, September 10, 2011. CAS-ual Friday challenge- CFC19. I had time to make a couple of cards this week. I was hoping I would be able to make one to enter into a challenge, so I looked over on the CAS-ual Friday blog. The challenge was to use paper piecing on a fall-themed clean and simple card, so I gave it a whirl. This is what I came up with:. Chickens can be considered fall, right (work with me here. ;).)? I mean, you wouldn't "turkey in" on someone. (bad, I know. oh well- I tried! Such a cute ...

Pam's Crafting Corner: August 2011

http://pamscraftingcorner.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html

Sunday, August 14, 2011. Celebrating FIVE big years! I can't believe it- my little girl is turning FIVE! The first picture I'm sharing is of Megan's birthday card. I made this a few weeks ago using a Greeting Farm. Stamp named Megan. On the actual image there is a bow in her hair where her ponytail is at the top of her head, but I covered that with a crown brad from Recollections. It worked perfect for the birthday princess! Happy Birthday, Megan! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Pam's Crafting Corner: A few cards using The Greeting Farm images

http://pamscraftingcorner.blogspot.com/2012/01/few-cards-using-greeting-farm-images.html

Thursday, January 26, 2012. A few cards using The Greeting Farm images. Life has been. well. LIFE lately! I have not had much time lately to make cards or scrapbook pages, but I do have a few things I want to share that I made before Christmas (yikes! Almost a month ago already! So, here goes. The first card is one I CASE'd from a card I saw on Bee Craftee. I used the Greeting Farm Edward stamp and the sentiment is from a Hero Arts set. Here is the card I made for my Dad:. It just fits, don't you think?

http://sewcrafty-michelle.blogspot.com/2013/05/enjoy-some-magic-tonight-i-found-this.html

Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Enjoy some magic tonight! I found this recipe for Magic Cookie Bars on a can of sweetened condensed milk purchased at Aldi. They sounded so good, so I thought I'd give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband said he liked them so I knew I had a winner. Enjoy with a tall glass of cold milk! 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup pecan halves, coarsely chopped.
