大阪狭山市大野台にあるパン屋さん、ブーランジェリー フクシマさん。 以前は、堺市で営業されていたそうですが、数年前にこちらに移転されたそうです。 カフェ併設のお店で、パン、焼菓子、そして要冷蔵のお菓子もちょこっと販売されています。パンはハード系からお惣菜系、そしてデニッシュ系とまんべんなく充実しています。 個人的好みでハード系ばかり選んでしまうのですが・・・。 写真にチーズが載ってないのですが、ここではチーズケーキがあったので、パンのチーズ系ではなく、そのものチーズケーキを選んじゃいました。 大阪狭山市、西山台のブーランジェリー エリシオン。 個人的な趣味のカメラの関係で、ギャラリーが多い南船場にたまに行くのです。あと、デザイン関係で平和紙業さんにも。 一人の時にランチがわりに、カフェ使いもできるし、帰りにはテイクアウトで。 必ずトレーにのるのは、とろけるブリオッシュ。あと、チーズ系、ハード系。 今回はクリームチーズがたっぷりなかに入ったチーズダッチ、フォカッチャ、そしてキャラメルスコーン。 数年前もここでパンを買って、公園でお花見したのですが、相変わらず大盛況。
