I discovered a container of chickpea flour and one of soy flour at the very back of my pantry where they were out of sight, out of mind until I did some spring-cleaning today. : I don't know how long they were there - I have to assume the flour is between one and two years old. So, I know that this is going to be a pressure-canning situation, which is fine. I already pressure can a lot of things, and I'm cool with it. I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to can this sauce, and how long and at what pressure I would need to process it. None of my ingredient charts really cover the ingredients in question.
