Our Backyard: July 2012
http://mamato4sons.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Some of our dear friends hosted a two-night Bible study about how the KJV is the complete Bible, and that other versions are often omitting, altering or condensing Bible verses, phrases and words. Some versions even have the audacity to change Jesus' words! For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one". The following verses have been completely removed from the NIV:. Removed in the footnotes. COMPLETELY removed...

Our Backyard: The Big Reveal
http://mamato4sons.blogspot.com/2013/02/the-big-reveal.html
Thursday, February 14, 2013. We demolished the wall that separated the bathroom and our closet. Now we had 8' x 11' of space! Keith has a good relationship with a contractor and in less than two weeks, we had a finished bathroom. It was loud and messy and cramped for those two weeks, but so worth it! I still would like to get some wall art and a few other items, but I can wait for those things. It feels so great to have my own sink! Ya'll have a blessed day! Tiny sink for two. Our Backyard: Summer Wrap-Up
http://mamato4sons.blogspot.com/2013/12/summer-wrap-up.html
Thursday, December 5, 2013. I know, I haven't posted on my blog in forever. It has just been the craziest summer ever recorded in the Braud household, and I could never really find the time or the words to write. Since we have just celebrated a momentous occasion, I feel I can not wait any longer. Oh, and punch! The punch was the hit of the party. How could I forget that? Truly, it was momentous, at least to me. Michael and James have been enjoying having less people to share their goodies with, as Chris...

Our Backyard: September 2012
http://mamato4sons.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 13, 2012. I love the number 20. It is even and round and just a great number, especially today. Today, Keith and I have been married 20 years. Whew! In some ways, that is a LONG time, and in other ways, it seems so short. I feel like I have always been married, or at least I feel like my married life has been the most meaningful. We have had our share of bumps and victories, but ultimately, the Lord has been the glue, the duct tape and the substance that makes it all worthwhile. We en...

Our Backyard: May 2012
http://mamato4sons.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Chris is milking a friend's cow again this week. He has such a great attitude about it and it makes me proud. You can learn right here and now that milking a cow is not done in five minutes. Well, if you have a milking machine, sure. But hand milking? It is an hour long job. A hand cramping hour long JOB. Virginia is a very sweet heifer and is very patient. Don't get me started. But, he is taking it like a man and doing so well in college! I am finally working on our king sized q...

Our Backyard: March 2012
http://mamato4sons.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 19, 2012. Life on the Bleachers. In the winter, it seemed to be at its worst. I can remember many snowy mornings, my mom would tiptoe into my room and tell me to stay in bed. She would say I could have the "blue flu" and we would bake cookies and watch Julia Child. I will never forget how soft her voice was when she would come to me in the morning. God bless each of you in your afflictions, and may He give you the peace that surpasses all understanding. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
