Parker Ridge Condominium Association. Notes from the Board. Fees are due to L&M Properties by the 1st of each month. The late charge is $50. Trash collection is each Thursday except during holiday weeks when it is on Friday. Barrels should be out by 7 am. Recycling is every other week on the same day as trash pickup. More information on trash and recycling may be found here. On the CIty of Newburyport web site. All front door lock although separately keyed must be keyed. Grills are not allowed.

The Parker Ridge Board of Trustees meets at 8:30 AM on the second Thursday of the month at the offices of L&M Properties on Pleasant Street, Newburyport, Massachusetts. Trustees are Mark Sullivan, Chairman (Unit 21); Ron Doescher, Secretary (Unit 22); Melanie Kelley, Treasurer (Unit 30); Lisa Johnson (Unit 20), and Mary Reardon (Unit 12). We ask all dog owners to please keep their pets off the grass and to pick up after the animal answers the call of nature. The small parking areas on the east and west sides are designated as short-term visitor parking areas. They are not available for any long-term parking, i.e. weeklong vacations.
