Http:/ www.libertytimes.com.tw/2010/new/feb/4/today-life3.htm. 12308;記者陳信仁／南投報導〕玉山國家公園管理處九十八年度對園區內郡大林道地區進行生物資源普查，發現六種世界新種的蝸牛，由於國內非常缺乏中高海拔山區的陸生貝類資料，此發現相當難得。 玉管處去年委由大葉大學生物資源學系助理教授黃重期、徐歷鵬、賴伯琦等三人，在郡大林道海拔兩千五百公尺的觀高地區附近，進行昆蟲、軟體動物與陸生貝類調查。 研究團隊在短短四公里林道上，即調查得到十三科二十九種的陸生貝類，其中有十八種為台灣特有種，及高達十種在台灣過去未曾記錄過的物種，並有六種確定是新種，另四種需進一步調查確認。 Grande等人(2008)的研究發現, 粒線體基因之間也有相互重疊的情形, 因而整體的粒線體大小變得比較小. 粒線體基因順序的大幅改變, 發生過3次, 分別出現於CaenogastropodaˋPatellogastropoda和Heterobranchia這3個支系. 此研究也推翻以往認...喜歡看恐怖...

以前不懂事的時候，參考著年代久遠的文獻，想找到利用DNA序列來推估某生物的歷史族群波動（historical population demography）的方法。早期會用neutrality test的正負值或是mismatch distribution analysis的波峰分布和數值來推斷，該生物族群過去是否經歷過族群擴張或衰減，雖然有其理論依據，但這些方法太過簡化，而無法貼近實際上可能更複雜的歷史族群波動。 近年來發展出考量參數較多且較有彈性的skyline-plot方法，先根據DNA序列alignment演算出序列的演化譜系（genealogy），再依據演化譜系推算出的族群波動歷史。Ho and Shapiro發表於2011年的一篇 review. 完整內容請參考 Skyline-plot methods for estimating demographic history from nucleotide sequences. 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom).
