The CHERISHED Life of Heather Leigh: July 2011
http://thelifeofheatherleigh.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
The CHERISHED Life of Heather Leigh. Friday, July 29, 2011. Food, Inc. Friday. If you've never watched the documentary Food, Inc. Unless you're prepared to change the way you think about and consume food. Before I watched this film (a little over a week ago), I didn't think about, nor did I care about where my food came from. As a matter of fact, I was one of those people who would say, "Don't tell me, I DON'T want to know! Ignorance is bliss, no? So, when my daughter and I were looking through Netflix.

Saturday, June 26, 2010. Before picking up our share. We headed to lunch at pizza house. We still had time to kill after lunch. So we took a walk. Through the university of michigan's. I love walking through the quad. Its hard to believe state street. Is just on the other side of the buildings! It brought back so many college memories. And it was fun to take the boys there! After our walk we headed to pick up our share. Some different things this week! Leaf lettuce (i think). And homemade pasta from here.

As a kid, my parents made this dressing, from scratch, every single night. We never made it ahead of time; only for the current day's consumption. It is a recipe I have been making for as long as I can remember. I am dreaming big too. I’ve learned that you have to envision the goal. It always must be pre...800 V...
