A glimpse at Christ and Culture. The Christian in Culture. Laquo; Lunar Spirituality. Things that are bright attract us. Have you ever just sat and stared into a campfire, watching it flicker, change colors, rise and fall? We are well aware how a moth is drawn to a flame, or a deer stares into bright headlights with no realization of the oncoming danger. A glimpse at Christ and Culture. The Christian in Culture. Laquo; Tragedy of Brilliance. God created the world out of darkness. On the first day he created light. A new day. In the story of Noah, God covered the world with darkness and flood for a year. When the ark rested God placed a rainbow in the sky to establish a new covenant and a new day. Jesus faced the dark night of his betray and trial. He went willingly to the cross and was placed in a tomb and a stone was rolled in place to seal it tight.
