Patchwork and Craft in Portugal. Thursday, September 11, 2014. It seems like rainy season in Portugal started too early for this winter. It has been raining a lot but mostly at night. I managed drive safely on a motorway while sky fel. But rain is good for quilters and crafters because it gives us opportunities to start over a new project or continue our unfinished work. Lets start meeting for this season. The first meeting will be next Friday, 19 September and following 26 September.

Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Instead of getting my head around coming up with ideas for workshops, I decided that I would have a go at making this 2 inch finished basket block. I know you may think me made. It was a bit of a challenge to get my 1/4" seam allowance right. This was originally a project over here. The idea was to make 31 baskets, one for each day of July. I decided one was enough. I think I will stick to just working on 4.5 inch blocks and no smaller. That is what I say now! Arco Iris a Metro.

This restaurant was only for non smokers. But in its Sky Lounge bar next door, customers who can see the south of the city have to sip their drinks together with smoke. Song and ended with it. This song is a very popular one among Mongolians. After many songs he played Mongolian children's song. DD2 was very happy to hear it.
