Monday, October 22, 2012. Cool Days are Warmed with Spicy Turkey Chili. Recently my husband and I took a brief trip "up North" to Duluth to view the brilliant colors of autumn. The aspen trees and poplars covered hillsides in shimmering shades of yellow that were a strong contrast to the red maples. As we left Duluth we took a few photos from the top of the hill overlooking the harbor and the St. Louis River. 2 teaspoons olive oil. 1 cup chopped onion. 8-10 oz. ground turkey breast. We bought a magnet of our family photo with Thomas. Grammy and Grandpa came to visit this weekend. The boys had a lot of fun with them and were sad when they left. Grammy and Grandpa got to see Ewan do gymnastics on Friday and Jude's soccer practice Saturday. Ewan enjoying a trip to the park while Jude was still in school on Friday.
