Message from our CEO. At Pathfinder Village, much of our success and longevity can be attributed to the relationships that are forged here. Here, we live together as "one community," an environment of equals where everyone has something to contribute. The Village Chaplain leads a formal service every Sunday, and facilitates group conversations about topics that are important to the residents. Our Chaplain also provides comfort and counseling in times of need or loss.
